Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 9 from establishment of retail petrol bunk outlet in the land belonging to the 10th respondent comprised in Survey No.263/2A situate at Pooluvapatti Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District based on my objection dated 29.06.2024. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition is completely premature inasmuch as, till date, no permission has been granted to the tenth respondent to establish a petrol outlet. It appears that many objections have been raised by the petitioner.

2. In case, the respondent authority proceeds to grant permission to the tenth respondent to establish a petrol pump outlet, the petitioner may have a cause of auction.
