Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings R.No.131438/MPIV/S2/05 dated 20.08.2008 and Quash the same, and direct the respondents to settle all the terminal and retirement benefits to the petitioner, including pension with interest @ 18% p.a.

The instant writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings R.No.131438/MPIV/S2/05 dated 20.08.2008 and Quash the same, and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direct the respondents to settle all the terminal and retirement benefits to the petitioner, including pension with interest @ 18% p.a.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has passed away on 27.04.2018 and no instructions have been received from the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
