Arb.O.P.No.174 of 2021 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This matter has been listed today under the caption 'FOR BEING MENTIONED' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the last paragraph of the order there is a typographical error and instead of six weeks, it has been typed as six months.

3. The fact that this Court has granted six weeks time to make payment is not disputed by the other side. Hence, Paragraph No.20 of the order dated 29.10.2021 shall read as follows:

"20. Accordingly, this Arbitration Original Petition is disposed of. Interest rate is reduced from 9% to 7.5% from 2/6/1999 till the date of payment. Insurance company is directed to make the payment within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order without any delay."
