CMP Nos.6528 and 6536 of 2020 have been filed by the petitioners i) to bring on record the respondents 4 and 5 who are the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent as respondents 4 and 5 and ii) to record respondents 2 and 3 as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard Ms.R.Meenal, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The proposed parties viz., respondents 4 & 5 have been duly served and their names have also been printed in the cause list today. The remaining Legal Representatives of the deceased are already on record in this Second Appeal

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and this Court being satisfied with the same, these CMPs are allowed as prayed for.
