Prayer:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that Rule 8 Sub-Clause 8 of the Indian Medical Council (Professional conduct, etiquette and Ethics) Amendment Regulation, 2004 as ultra vires, illegal, unconstitutional and violative of powers under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and also the Tamil Nadu Medical Registration Act, 1914.
