O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.14967 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Chinnadurai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, pursuant to the orders passed by this Court and in compliance of the same, the representation / application made by the petitioner has been considered and disposed of by order dated 03.03.2021 and the copy of the same has also been sent to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though the representation / application submitted by the petitioner was disposed of by an order dated 03.03.2021 , the orders of this Court has not been fully complied with and in this regard, arrears have not been paid.

4. Be that as it may. Insofar as the orders passed by this Court dated 16.10.2020 it is only a direction to the respondent to consider the representation / application submitted by the petitioner and the same was decided and disposed of by an order dated 03.03.2021. Therefore, this Court is of the view that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and this Contempt Petition cannot be kept pending for further adjudication. But, at the same time, if at all the petitioner has got any grievance with regard to the order dated 03.03.2021, the petitioner has to agitate the issue and he can do so in the manner known to law and for the said purpose, this Contempt Petition cannot be kept pending.
