(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.) There is a delay of 264 days in re-presenting the papers.

2.Though the petitioner has satisfactorily explained the reasons for the delay in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, since the delay is on a higher side, we are inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs. Accordingly, the delay of 264 days in re-presenting the papers is condoned on condition that the petitioner paying a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, it is made clear that the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3.The petition is ordered.
