Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a detailed enquiry against forgery of records committed by the respondents 4 to 16 in respect of salary drawn by the 16th respondent without doing any work, from June 2011 to March 2016 by forged the work attendance for the said period.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct a detailed enquiry against forgery of records committed by the respondents 4 to 16 in respect of salary drawn by the 16th respondent without doing any work, from June 2011 to March 2016 by forged the work attendance for the said period.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Spl.Government Pleader has submitted that the enquiry is being conducted.

3. In view of the submissions, the prayer in the writ petition is maintainable and the first respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and produce the report, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
