..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in reference No.CBDO: KR& Sons; 10 dated 26.02.2010 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and further direct the respondents to release and supply of the monthly quota of Superior Kerosene Oil for the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous as the licence obtained by the petitioner has already been expired.
