The suit summons to the sole defendant was served on 10.06.2021 through Court. No representation for the defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that on one occasion when the application for interim injunction was heard, a counsel undertook to file vakalat on behalf of the respondent/defendant and collected the papers from him.

3. However, in spite of adjournments there is no representation for the defendant. Hence the interim order granted by this Court on 01.03.2021 is made absolute.

4. Call the suit on 18.08.2021 for further proceedings.
