The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 408, 420 r/w 34 and 120 - B of IPC in Cr.No.144 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A1 along with other accused had misappropriated a sum of Rs.1,69,00,000/-. Hence, the case.

3.Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Intervenor and perused the materials available on record. 4.The Intervenor produced two orders of Delhi High Court in order to show that A1 is the person who was violating the Court orders. On bare perusal of the order, it reveals that since the first petitioner has mismanaged the affairs of the College, an application was moved before the Delhi High Court wherein, he was directed not to dealt with the College affairs.
