The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.09.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 64(1) and 351(1) of BNSS in Crime No.25 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 06.01.2026 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.36211 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "5. Considering the submissions made on both sides, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of offence, taking note of the fact that the case is now committed and pending for sessions case and if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, there is a possibility that he would tamper with the witnesses, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
