This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 29.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29169 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Gudiyatham Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
