This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 11.11.2005 made in RC.39728/M1/2005.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the cinema theatre itself has been closed and hence the prayer sought for this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
