No.431/1995 on the file of the 1st Additional District Munsif Court cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet (IN CMP.No.2905/2022) pending disposal of the above SA.No.143/2022.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.GANDHI, Advocate for the Petitioners, the court made the following order:- Finding that the prayer in the petition to grant stay of further proceeding is not appropriate, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file the appropriate application later. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2.Hence, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition seeking appropriate relief.
