The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order and decree dated 18.08.2010 made in R.C.A.No.153 of 2009 on the file of 7th Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai confirming the order and decree

dated 18.04.2009 made in R.C.O.P.No. 1645 of 2008, on the file of the 12th Judge, Court of Small Causes (Rent Controller), Chennai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (25.03.2019), neither the learned counsel for the revision petitioner nor revision petitioner is present to represent the case.

3. Since the matter pertains to the year 2011 and there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no purpose in keeping the revision pending. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
