ORDER

This petition has been filed to file a final report in Crime No.3656 of 2016 pending on the file of the respondent police as expeditiously as possible.

P.N.PRAKASH,J, mps 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.3656 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 447 and 506(i) of IPC.

3.The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.3656 of 2016 within a period three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
