ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 4 to issue revised patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, by removing the name of the seventh respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner claims that erroneously, the name of the seventh respondent has been included in the joint patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition along with the petitioner. The petitioner seeks for removal of the name of the seventh respondent. The petitioner had given a representation on 11.09.2025 to the official respondents seeking for removal of the name of the seventh respondent in the joint patta. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 6.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the seventh respondent and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Since no adverse order is being passed against the seventh respondent, notice to the seventh respondent is dispensed with in this writ petition.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2025 seeking for removal of the name of the seventh respondent in the joint patta, standing in the name of the petitioner and others for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the seventh respondent or any other third party, if any, whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
