ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to return the original sale deed document and plan of the petitioner entrusted for availing the Mortgage Housing Loan No.565/348 with the respondent within the stipulated time along with costs.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent family made a submission that the Indian Bank will take all necessary steps to file a police complaint with the assistance of the petitioner and further obtain a duplicate copies of those documents and hand over the same to the petitioner enabling him to deal with the subject property. In view of the said submission the respondents are directed to register a police complaint which is necessary for them to obtain a duplicate copies of the document and thereafter get the duplicate copies of those documents and hand over the same to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the bank officials for the purpose of alleging a police complaint before the concern police station.

4. It is further contended on behalf of the respondent that the paper publication was already been affected on 30.9.2021.

5. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
