ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition of Para 7(i) imposed in Crl RC.No.2405 of 2025 dated 19.11.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first condition in paragraph no.7 of the order dated 19.11.2025 passed in Page No.1/3
Crl.R.C.No.2405 of 2025 shall read as follows: (i) The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only), with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2025 pending on the file of the respondent police. On such deposit, the vehicle is ordered to be returned and the petitioner is permitted to take the vehicle;
4. The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
