The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1309/A3/2013 dated 31.12.2013.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Manoj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
