The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment of acquittal passed in S.T.C.No.50 of 2022 dated 20.06.2023 by the learned Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Tiruvallur.

2. Mr.C.Jeyachandran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
