(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though this petition has been filed seeking interim direction for shifting of the TASMAC shop on a statement that the lease expired, there is no material placed on record either with reference to the affidavit of the person who granted lease to TASMAC or any information received under Right to Information Act that lease of TASMAC shop expired.
2. Without sufficient material, a Public Interest Litigation cannot be entertained.
