2.By an earlier order dated 22.01.2010, this Court issued notice to the respondents and the respondents counsel also appeared.

3.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he got instructions from the client that his client has already got all the benefits and therefore, the relief sought for in this Writ petition be closed by recording this fact. 4.The representing counsel for the petitioner has made necessary endorsement in the Writ petition also. 5.Taking on record of the endorsement made by Ms.Sakila, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the counsel for petitioner, on the basis of the memo, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
