SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to stay the operation of direction of the Trial Court to pay compensation amount out of the fine amount of Rs.8,00,000/- in C.C.No.30 of 2006 dated 28.12.2018 on the file of the learned XI Additional Special Sessions Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai (CBI Cases Relating to Banks and Financial Institutions Chennai) and pending disposal of the above appeal.

3. In view of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2114 of 2019, the petition stands dismissed.
