ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4(b) that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.30542 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent / State on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30542 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024 and that final report has been filed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30542 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
