This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Charge Sheet in Crime No.459 of 2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.459 of 201 on 26.08.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 448, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC r/w Section 120(b) IPC. 4.Learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in Crime No.459 of 2018 was completed and Closure Report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruppur, on 21.10.2018 in RCS.No.20 of 2016.
