2.The writ petition has been filed in the nature of certiorarified mandamus seeking records relating to an auction conducted by the respondent in the year 2016 with respect to fishing rights in Paiyur Big Lake in Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
3.It is contended that the period of auction has already been expired. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
