O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.671 of 2019 in S.C.No.5 of 2014 dated 04.01.2020 on the file of Court of Sessions (Fast Track, Mahila Judge at Namakkal) and permit to recall P.W.1 and P.W.2 for the purpose of further cross examination.

2. Heard Mr.C.S.Saravanan learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed a petition to re-challenge the order passed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.671 of 2019, thereby dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. to recall P.W.1 and P.W.2. This Court finds no grounds to interference with the order passed by the Trial Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
