C.M.P.No.9979 of 2023 has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 321 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.C.M.P.No.9987 of 2023 has been filed seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the third petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition.

3.C.M.P.No.9994 of 2023 has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners 5 and 6 herein who are the legal representatives of the deceased third petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4.C.M.P.No.10002 of 2023 has been filed seeking to implead the fourth petitioner herein as the fourth petitioner in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions and being satisfied with the same, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and list the C.R.P. for disposal on 13.07.2023.
