This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to forbear the respondent from advertising and or selling the properties comprised in S.No.643/1A measuring 10 cents and 643/3A measuring 1 acre 85 cents together with building standing thereon and also other structures which are in existence and more fully described in the Schedule to the Writ Petition. Since the Petitioner has filed representation on 18.07.2011, I direct the Respondent to pass appropriate order on the representation of the Petitioner dated 18.07.2011 after hearing the Petitioner, such order shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
