] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 68 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 07.10.2023 in S.C.No.60 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Salem.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
