C.M.P.Nos.3038, 3039 and 3043 of 2021 in C.R.P.(NPD).No.3645 of 2016 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN., J, The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 927 days in filing the petition to set aside the order of abatement in so far as the Late Mrs.Sakunthala, the deceased 1st petitioner in the Civil Revision Petition, (ii) to bring the proposed petitioners 6 to 10 Legal Representatives of the deceased 1st petitioner-Late Mrs.Sakunthala, in the Civil Revision Petition and (iii) to set aside the order of abatement in so far as the deceased 1st petitioner-Late Mrs.Sakunthala, in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard both sides and perused the records carefully. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners strongly opposed the petition, contending that the delay is enormous and no valid reason has been assigned for the delay of 927 days.
