This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 5th and 6th Respondent to pay the difference of accumulated stipend Arrears Amount of Rs 1,56m,000/- (Rupees One lakh Fifty Six Thousand Only) of the Demand made in the Letter dated 31.03.2024 as per the Revised G.Os i) G.O (Ms) No 335, health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 29.07.2021 ii) G.O (D) No 98, health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2)Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service render between April 2022 and March 2023 with interest till date For Petitioner(s):

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 5th and 6th Respondent to pay the difference of accumulated stipend Arrears Amount of Rs 1,56,000/- (Rupees One lakh Fifty Six Thousand Only) of the Demand made in the Letter dated 31.03.2024 as per the Revised G.Os i) G.O (Ms) No 335, health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 29.07.2021 ii) G.O (D) No 98, health and Family Welfare, (MCA-2)Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service render between April 2022 and March 2023 with interest till date.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 5 & 6 to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 31.03.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
