The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners contended that the appeal in AS.No.6 of 2009 on the file of Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri was already disposed of on 15.02.2017 and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the orders passed in IA.No.4 of 2011 in AS.No.6 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri. Since the appeal itself is disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication at present. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
