C.M.P.No.3214 of 2022 in W.A.SR.No.15346 of 2022 THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J.

The petition filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 23.12.2021 passed in W.P.No.6679 of 2020, is allowed in view of the fact that the said order has been enclosed in a batch of appeals.

2. The Registry would find out whether the application to obtain the certified copy is submitted on time or not and accordingly proceed to register the appeal for listing the same along with the batch.
