ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the very same property, the petitioner filed a complaint before the second respondent/District Registrar, and a Suit in O.S.No.195 of 2001 was filed on the file of II Additional District Judge, Salem, and the same is pending.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Granting liberty to the petitioner to canvass all those points before the Civil Court, where the Civil Suit is pending. No Costs.
