C.M.P.No.12804 of 2024 in W.A.Sr.No.4784 of 2024 M.S.RAMESH, J., and M.JOTHIRAMAN, J., (Order of this Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH.J.,) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 80 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 19.06.2023 in W.P.No.13617 of 2014.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
