This petition has been filed by the petitioner to cause production of detenues namely 1.Bakyalakshmi, wife of Rajiv Gandhi, aged about 30 years, 2.Gribalan, son of Rajiv Gandhi, aged about 7 years and 3.Ajiz, son of Rajiv Gandhi, aged about 4 years, before this Court and to set them at liberty.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the detenues are the wife and sons of the petitioner and now they are living together with the petitioner.
