This Court has dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.no.35730 of 2025 on 26.12.2025 for the reason that the petitioner was detained under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the detention order is not revoked and the petitioner has filed the present petition 1/3
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to filed a fresh petition after revocation of the detention order.
