The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2021 and to direct the respondents not to remove the Dr.Ambedkar Iron Board from its newly erected place without resolving the issue amicably.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent filed instruction dated nil.9.2025, stating that the iron board is still in the same place.

3. The writ petition is disposed of. If the Iron board causes disturbance to the respondents, the respondents shall be transferred the same to the safest
