Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Applicant that the vehicle in question has been surrendered by the Respondent.

She further submitted that initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner has also been paid by the applicant. The learned Advocate Commissioner is also present before this Court and submitted that she has received the initial remuneration from the applicant.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned Advocate Commissioner, this application stands closed.
