ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the connected Writ Appeal was dismissed, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Criminal Revision may be dismissed as infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition are closed.
