This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-Police submitted that on the complaint given by A.Lalitha, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner was called for enquiry and therefore, the petitioner may be directed to cooperate with the enquiry conducted by the third respondent. He has also produced a copy of the complaint given by A.Lalitha.

3. Perusal of the complaint given by A.Lalitha discloses only civil transaction and therefore, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the respondents are directed not to harass the petitioner on the complaint given by A.Lalitha dated 03.11.2014.
