The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the complaint has been received from the defacto complainant and same is pending for enquiry. He further states that if the petitioner herein to cooperate with the enquiry, the enquiry will be completed within three weeks.

2. Recording the the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner herein to cooperate with the enquiry without any deviation and on such cooperation, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps till completion of enquiry.
