Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 13.06.2023, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, this Court had posted the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 14.06.2023.

2. Today (14.06.2023) when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation for the appellant. Thus, it can now be inferred that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
