2. The Writ Appeal filed in W.A. No. 374 of 2014 was also dismissed. However, the respondents preferred S.L.P. No. 15599 of 2014 and an interim order was granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Petition.
