This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1144 of 2021, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction submitted that a closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Kankeyam as "mistake of fact". RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.26 of 2022.
