ORDER

Pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in CRP No.564 of 2022 to dispose of EP No.19 of 2014, the District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur has written letter to the Registrar General of this Court dated 09.10.2025 through learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvallur seeking extension of time by further four months to dispose of EP No.19 of 2014.

2. I have gone through the request of the District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur. It appears that there was a change in counsel and there was also part payment made by the judgment debtor and the Execution Petition was adjourned for further payment, all that has resulted in delay in disposing the Execution Petition.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur seeking for extension of time.

4. In view of the above, District Munsif, Thiruvottiyur is granted further four months time from today to dispose of EP No.19 of 2014 in O.S.No.113 of 2011.
