The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.207 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, already the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 26.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.15313 of 2021, however, till date, the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed upon her in the above said order dated 26.08.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that, once again filing this petition seeking for grant of anticipatory bail is not sustainable and the same cannot be granted. However, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 26.08.2021. Failing which, the earlier anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand dismissed.
